HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit): Installation
- Install HCU/CAB assembly into the mounting bracket and tighten mounting bolts to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).
- Install the brake lines to the HCU and tighten to 16 N.m (12 ft. lbs.).
- Install CAB harness connector and push down connector release.
- Install air cleaner housing.
- Install negative battery cable to the battery.
- Bleed base and ABS brake systems, (Refer to DISC & DRUM
or STANDARD PROCEDURE - BLEEDING ABS BRAKE SYSTEM
).
