Steering Wheel Centering
NOTE:
In the following procedure, number in parenthesis refers to numbers in illustration.
The steering wheel can be centered without affecting the toe-in position. Loosen the drag link adjustment sleeve (1) clamp bolts. Turn the adjustment sleeve to center the steering wheel. Position the clamp bolts as shown for proper clearance. See Figure . Tighten the clamp bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Road test the vehicle to verify the steering wheel is centered.
