Battery Tray: Removal

  1. Remove the battery from the battery tray. See BATTERY  .
  2. Unlatch and remove the PDC from the battery tray.
  3. Remove the battery temperature sensor from the battery tray. See GENERATORS & REGULATORS article.
  4. Remove the three nuts that secure the battery tray to the weld studs on the front extension of the left front wheelhouse inner panel. See Figure .
  5. Remove the battery tray from the vehicle.
