Upper Control Arm: Removal

- Raise vehicle and support the axle.
- Remove the tire and wheel.
- Remove the inner fender well (2).
- Remove the upper ball joint retaining nut.
- Separate the upper ball joint (2) from the knuckle (3) using special tool #8677 (1).
- Remove the nut and bolt (1) securing the upper control arm (5) to the body.
- Remove the upper control arm (5) from the vehicle.
