WARNING:
Hot, pressurized coolant can cause injury by scalding. Cooling system must be partially drained before removing the coolant temperature sensor.
- Remove air cleaner assembly. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL
- Partially drain the cooling system.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the engine coolant sensor (1).
- Remove the sensor from the intake manifold.
