- Assemble fan blade (2) to viscous fan drive. Tighten mounting bolts to 23.7 N.m (210 in. lbs.) torque.NOTE:
The viscous fan and fan shroud must be installed as an assembly.
- Position fan drive assembly and fan shroud, thread the fan drive assembly onto the water pump pulley. Tighten nut using spanner wrench, tool (special tool #6958, Wrench, Spanner) and adapters (1), tool (special tool #8346, Pins, Adapter), to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).
- Install the fan shroud to radiator mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs).
- Install accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
