Seal, Input Flange: Installation: Installation

- Clean and inspect seal bore and sealing surface of pinion shaft, if any damage or excess wear is evident, replace the rear differential assembly.
- Using tool (1) (special tool #10117, Installer, Seal), install pinion seal into differential case (2).
- Install the electronically controlled clutch assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Check and correct fluid level. Refer to FLUID, DIFFERENTIAL, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
