When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Battery voltage between 11.0 and 15.75 volts.
• Ambient air temperature or coolant temperature above 7°C (44.6°F) at engine start up.
• Heater duty cycle greater than 0%.
