Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation: 2.4L
- Install the cooling fan assembly onto the radiator and tighten the bolts to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Position the radiator into the lower mounting isolators (1) on the radiator lower support.
- Engage the jumper line junction block (1) to the radiator (2).
- Install the upper radiator mounts (1) and tighten the bolts (2) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the A/C condenser (1) to the radiator. Tighten the upper and lower bolts (2) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Install the A/C discharge (3) and liquid line (1) to the jumper line junction block (1) and tighten the nut to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
.
- Install the service port bracket (1) and tighten the bolt (2) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the A/C pressure sensor wire harness connector (3).
- Install the transmission cooler line support bracket bolt (1) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the upper radiator hose and tighten the clamp to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the upper air deflector (1).
- Install the wiring harness (7) to the air deflector.
- Install the hood release cable (3) to the air deflector.
- Connect the horn wire harness connectors (6).
- Connect the ambient air temperature sensor wire harness connector (5).
- Connect the cooling fan module wire harness connector (4).
- Install the side air deflectors (2) to the upper radiator closure panel (1).
- Install the radiator closeout panel (1).
- Install the lower air deflector (2).
- Install the lower coolant hose to the radiator connect the quick-coupling.
- Fill the cooling system
Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Install the belly pan, if equipped. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
- Install the transmission skid plate, if equipped. Refer to PLATE, SKID, TRANSMISSION, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
- Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system
Refer to PLUMBING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Check cooling system for correct fluid level
