Installation - PDC Assembly
- If removed, position the Power Distribution Center (PDC) bracket (2) in the engine compartment.
- Install the fasteners (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and PCM bracket to the PDC bracket.
- Position the PDC tray to the PDC bracket in the engine compartment.
- Connect the bulkhead connectors (2) located in the base of the PDC to the upper PDC tray bottom.
- Secure the PDC tray (1) to the PDC base (2).
- Connect power feeds (1) to the PDC post and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the PDC cover (1) onto the PDC assembly (2).
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
