When Monitored
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the ignition on.
- On vehicles that are non-ESS equipped, it runs if a launch has been detected.
- On vehicles equipped with ESS, it runs if a launch has been detected OR if clutch pedal movement has been detected by either the switch or the sensor.
