NOTE:
Diagnose any Communication DTCs before continuing.

2. With the scan tool, select View DTCs.
  Is the DTC Active or Pending at this time?
  
  Yes
  - Got to 2
  No
  - Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
LIN BUS OR CAN BUS DTCS SET IN THE BODY CONTROL MODULE
Are there any LIN Bus or CAN Bus DTCs set in the Body Control Module?

Yes
- Diagnose the appropriate DTC in the Body Control module before continuing. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
No
- Replace the Switch Bank in accordance with the service information.
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
