Antenna, Remote Start: Installation

  1. Position the Remote Start Antenna (RSA) (2) to its mounting surface and secure the antenna using two fasteners (1).
  2. Connect the RSA (2) to the Radio Frequency Hub (RF-Hub) (4).
  3. Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable(s). Refer to INSTALLATION .
  5. Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
NOTE:

If this Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is being replaced with a new unit, a diagnostic scan tool MUST be used to align the PROXI configuration data into the new ECU. Follow the routine outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for PROXI Configuration Alignment under Body Control Module (BCM) Miscellaneous Functions menu.
