When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

• Engine speed above a calibrated threshold (between approximately 2000 - 2700 rpm).
• Battery voltage between 7.5 volts and 15.8 volts.
• Barometric pressure is above 75.2 kPa.
