Insulator, Engine Mount, Right: Installation
- Install the right engine mount insulator (1) to the frame rail with two bolts (3) hand tight.
- Install the right engine mount insulator strut tower bolt (2) hand tight.
- Install the three isolator to bracket bolts (6, 7) hand tight.
- Tighten the isolator to strut tower bolt (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Tighten the two insulator to the frame rail bolts (3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Align the right isolator with the mark (5) made during removal and tighten the forward bolt (7) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Verify that the two alignment arrows (4) are within 3 mm of each other in the fore-aft direction and tighten the remaining two bolts (6) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Install the engine mount support bracket (2) with two bolts (1 and 3) hand tight.
- Tighten the support bracket to strut tower bolt (1) and the support bracket to engine mount bolt (3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Install the air cleaner body. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION
.
- Install the negative battery cable (2) to the transmission (3) and tighten the bolt (1) to the proper specifications.
Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Install the left front wheel house splash shield. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- If equipped, install the skid plate. Refer to PLATE, SKID, SIDE, INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
