Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the seat side shield. Refer to SIDE SHIELDS, SEAT CUSHION, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the lumbar control switch wire harness connector.
  4. Remove the lumbar switch (1a) by disengaging the retainers (1b).
