Center, Power Distribution (PDC): Description
The majority of electrical system fuses and relays are housed in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) located in the engine compartment (1). The molded plastic PDC housing is located in the left center of the engine compartment. The PDC houses the maxi-type cartridge fuses and solid state relays.
Vehicles equipped with a diesel engine have a secondary or auxiliary PDC located next to that main PDC assembly. This PDC houses relays and fuses for the urea heater control unit, cabin heater and the supply and forging pump operations.
