- Install the cooling fan assembly into the vehicle and engage both retaining tabs (1).

- Connect the cooling fan wire harness connector (1).

- Install the upper shroud cover (1). Apply pressure downwards until the cover snaps into place past the clip (2).
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE

- Install the lower cooling fan closeout panel (1) by applying pressure until the cover snaps into place on the cooling fan shroud.
- Install the front skid plate. Refer to INSTALLATION

- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

- Install the resonator and bracket assembly. Tighten the bolts (1) to 10 N. m (89 in. lbs.).

- Install the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hoses (1) and securely tighten the hose clamps (2).

- Install the engine cover (1).
- Connect the negative battery cable.
