Removal And Installation

REMOVAL
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the ignition coils. Refer to
COIL, IGNITION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.NOTE:
Prior to loosening the spark plug, use compressed air to blow out any debris that might be in the spark plug tube.
- Using the appropriate socket, remove the spark plugs (1) from the cylinder head.
INSTALLATION
- Install the spark plug to the cylinder head and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the ignition coils. Refer to COIL, IGNITION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
