Sensor, Differential Pressure: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.

  2. Remove the 10 push pin fasteners (1) and the radiator closeout panel (2).

  3. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor wire harness connector (3).
  4. Remove the nut (4) and the retainer (5).
  5. Remove the two nuts (1) and the differential pressure sensor (2) from the bracket.
  6. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor hoses (6).

  7. If necessary, remove the differential pressure hoses from the tubes.
  8. If necessary, remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL .

  9. If necessary, remove the differential pressure tubes (2) from the catalytic converter (1).
