Entering Self-Diagnostics

  1. To enter self-diagnostics, connect a jumper wire between GND and ENG TEST terminals at Data Link Connector (DLC). See Fig 1 . DLC is located center rear of engine compartment.
  2. On all models, turn ignition on (engine off). Observe MIL and identify trouble code(s). Perform appropriate diagnostic test. See TROUBLE CODE IDENTIFICATION  .
