Code Saving Hi-Scan Method

  1. Connect keyless adapter to DLC cable in the hi-scan as shown in the illustration.

  2. After connecting keyless adapter to the multipurpose check connector (10 pins) beside the DLC connector on the drivers side crash pad lower panel, turn hi-scan power on.
  3. Select "18 Optima (MAGENTIS)" and then do "06 CODE SAVING".
  4. After selecting "06 CODE SAVING" menu, press "ENTER" key, then follow on screen instructions.
