Front Lower Arm: Installation

  1. Install the front lower arm to the sub-frame and then tighten the bolts (A, B) and nut.

    Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft) 

    Bolt (A): 140-160 (14.0-16.0, 101-116)

    Bolt and nut (B): 100-120 (10.0-12.0, 72-87)

  2. Connect the lower arm with the ball joint and then install the castle nut (A) and the split pin.

    Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft): 

    80-90 (8.0-9.0, 58-65)

  3. Install the front wheel and tire.

    Tightening torque N.m (kgf.m, lb-ft): 

    90-110 (9.0-11.0, 65-80)

    CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the hub bolts when installing the front wheel and tire.
