Signal Circuit Inspection

Check Voltage
1. IG "OFF" & ENG "OFF"
2. Disconnect OTS connector
3. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
4. Measure voltage between harness terminal 1 of OTS and chassis ground.
  Specification : Approx. 5V

5. Is the measured voltage within specification ?
  YES
  - Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
  NO
  - Repair short to-ground in harness, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
