Repair Procedures: Installation

Install the intake manifold (A).
Tightening torque : 18.6 ~ 23.5N.m (1.9 ~ 2.4kgf.m, 13.7 ~ 17.4lb-ft)

Install the oil level gauge.
Install the intake manifold stay (B) and then install the sensor connectors (A).
Tightening torque : 18.6 ~ 23.5N.m (1.9 ~ 2.4kgf.m, 13.7 ~ 17.4lb-ft)

Install the PCV hose (A).

Install the coolant hose (A) to the throttle body.

Connect the brake booster vacuum hose (D), PCSV hose (C), fuel hose (B) and CMP sensor connector (A).

Connect the ETC connector (A) and MAP sensor connector (B).

Connect the injector connectors (A).

Connect the VIS connector (A), OPS connector (B), knock sensor connector (C) and A/C switch connector (D).

Install the air cleaner assembly (C) then connect the breather hose (A), ECM connector (B).
Tightening torque : 7.8 ~ 11.8N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7lb-ft)

Install the engine cover (A).
