Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install the front lower arm to the sub-frame and then tighten the bolts (A, B) and nuts.

    Tightening torque: 

    140 ~ 160 N.m (14.0 ~ 16.0 kgf.m, 101 ~ 116 lb-ft)

  2. Connect the lower arm (B) ball joint with the knuckle and then tighten the bolt and nut (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    100 ~ 120 N.m (10.0 ~ 12.0 kgf.m, 72 ~ 87 lb-ft)

  3. Install the split pin to the bolt.

  4. Install the front wheel & tire.

    Tightening torque: 

    90 ~ 110 N.m (9.0 ~ 11.0 kgf.m, 65 ~ 80 lb-ft)
