Repair Procedures: Replacement

Remove the charge door handle (A).

Loosen the front bumper upper cover mounting bolts and clips.

Gently lift the bumper upper cover.
Loosen the screw (B), and then remove the front bumper upper cover (A).

Loosen the bolts, and then remove the hood latch assembly (B).

Disconnect the hood latch cable (A) and remove the hood lower latch assembly (B).

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure that the hood latch release cable is connected properly.
- Make sure that the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
- Adjust the latch alignment.
