DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check Motor position sensor signal.
  1. Faulty Motor position sensor
  2. Poor connection of connector
Enable conditions
  • IG ON.
Threshold value
  • Abnormal sensor signal detected.
Fail Safe
  • Assist performance inhibited.
  • EPS warning lamp "ON".
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after IG on → off
