Repair procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
- Remove the engine cover.
- Disconnect the alternator connector (A) and cable (B) from the "B" terminal.

- To release the tension, turn the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise then remove the drive belt (A).
