Inspection-2. Check For An Open Circuit Or Any Modification In The Fuse
- Check the fuse for an open circuit or any modification as instructed below.
Item 1 2 Photo To do Check the location of the fuse for the tailgate operation. Check the fuse for any damage due to modification. Item 3 4 Photo To do While ignition switch is on, check by using a bulb tester without removing the fuse. Remove and visually inspect the fuse. - Is the fuse wiring is broken or modified?
Yes - Inspect the SJB through the actuation test. (Refer to "Inspection-3." below.)
No - Replace the fuse or restore it to its original condition.
