Repair Procedures: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the battery.

    (Refer to "BATTERY ")

  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

    (Refer to "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Remove the TCM (C) by loosening bracket mounting bolt (A) and nut (B) after disconnecting the TCM connector (D).

    Tightening torque: 

    9.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (1.0 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
