Removal And Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the front wheel and tire.

    (Refer to Suspension System - "WHEEL ")

  3. Remove the front wheel guard.

    (Refer to Body - "FRONT WHEEL GUARD ")

  4. Disconnect the connector (A) and fastener (B).

  5. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor (A) after loosening the bolt.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 - 7.6 lb.ft)

  6. Remove the rear wheel speed sensor (A) after loosening the bracket mounting bolts.

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft)

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
