DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • LIN communication monitoring
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line open/poor connection
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line short to battery
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line short to ground
  • LIN communication line protocol error from electrical noise
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Battery Voltage 9~16V
Threshold Value
  • LIN data is not received
DTC Erasing
  • Erased DTC after solved problem
