Removal And Installation

- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
- Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector (A).
- Remove the sensor (B) from the Intake manifold by loosening the mounting bolts.
Intake air temperature sensor mounting bolt:
9.8 - 11.8 Nm (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- Install the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor & Intake Air Temperature Sensor (MAPS & IATS) to the specified torque.
- If the MAPS & IATS is dropped, it may internal damage. (Do not reuse)
