July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
    NOTE: After disconnecting the cables, wait at least 30 seconds.
  2. Remove the roof trim.

    (Refer to Body - "ROOF TRIM ASSEMBLY ")

  3. Disconnect the connector (A) for curtain airbag module.

  4. Remove the curtain airbag module (A) after loosening the bolts.

    Tightening torque: 

    7.8 - 11.7 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.7 - 8.6 lb.ft)

    CAUTION: Never twist the airbag module when installing it. If the module is twisted, airbag module may operate abnormally.
