Disabling Electronic Traction Control (Etc)

When vehicle is run on a dynamometer, ETC must be disabled. To disable ETC, turn on ignition. Within 5 seconds of turning ignition on, press brake pedal 10 times. Check that TC indicator light on instrument panel has stayed on. Message center will display TRACTION FAILURE and give a warning sound. Traction control will automatically switch back on when vehicle is driven at speed of 7 MPH or more.
