Extended Data Collection Times, and Duplicate DTC's (pre-10MY vehicles)
ISSUE
When using SDD145.xx on "legacy" vehicles prior to 2010 Model Year, the data collection process is noticably longer than later vehicles, and once completed, DTC's are often listed in duplicate or triplicate.
CAUSE
SDD is unexpectedly repeating the background data collection process, and listing duplicate DTC's
ACTION
None at this time. This SSM has only been issued to acknowledge this behavior and inform SDD users that the root cause is currently under investigation.
