Hill Descent Control (HDC)

The HDC system current operating condition is obtained from information broadcast by the anti-lock brake system (ABS) control module on the controller area network (CAN). The display can show HDC functionality states with the HDC icon illuminated in a green or amber color. If HDC is not selected, no HDC icon is displayed.
