ISSUE
There have been isolated reports of communication errors after a failed attempt of any module software update or replacement to the vehicle.
PATHFINDER will display red crosses against all modules, with the exception of the Gateway Module (GWM).
CAUSE
Jaguar Land Rover are currently investigating this concern as a matter of urgency.
ACTION
If you experience this concern, do not attempt any further work on the vehicle. Submit a Technical Assistance (TA), and quote the number of this SSM in the title.
