Wiper Control Relay Circuit Test
Leave wiper control relay connector attached. Turn ignition on. Check for continuity or voltage between chassis ground and specified terminal at wiper control relay connector. See Fig 1. See WIPER CONTROL RELAY CIRCUITS TEST table. If continuity or voltage is not as specified, repair faulty circuit or component.
