Test 11: Diagnostic Connector Circuit

  1. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between terminals Tc and E1 of DLC No. 2 located under left side of instrument panel. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, perform next procedure listed in DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM  table under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
  2. If battery voltage is not present, check for faulty circuit between cruise control ECU and DLC No. 2, and between DLC No. 2 and ground. Repair circuit(s) if necessary. If circuit(s) is okay, replace cruise control ECU.
