Test 11: Diagnostic Connector Circuit

- Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between terminals Tc and E1 of DLC No. 2 located under left side of instrument panel. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, perform next procedure listed in DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM table under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
- If battery voltage is not present, check for faulty circuit between cruise control ECU and DLC No. 2, and between DLC No. 2 and ground. Repair circuit(s) if necessary. If circuit(s) is okay, replace cruise control ECU.
