2ND Brake: Reassembly

Coat NEW "O" rings with ATF and install. Carefully press 2nd brake piston into 2nd brake drum. Install piston return spring and spring retainer. See Fig 1. Compress return spring and install snap ring. Apply compressed air to 2nd brake drum. Ensure 2nd brake piston moves smoothly. Install thrust washer. Ensure cut-out portions of thrust washer match teeth of spring retainer.
