Diagnostic Tests: Notes

When trouble shooting transmission, first check for stored DTCs and repair as necessary. If no DTCs exist, perform MANUAL SHIFT TEST  under TROUBLE SHOOTING to determine if problem area is in electrical circuits or a mechanical transmission problem.
