Intake Air Control Valve Assembly No. 2: Replacement

  1. Remove intake air control valve assembly No. 2.
    1. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
    2. Remove the 3 bolts and nut. Rotate the lever to the closed position shown in the illustration and pull out the intake air control valve No. 2. See Fig 1.

  2. Install intake air control valve assembly No. 2.
    1. Install a new gasket and intake air control valve assembly No. 2.

      Torque:  10 N.m (102 kgf.cm, 7.4 ft.lbf)
