Engine Block Heater: Installation

- Clean block core hole and heater seat.
- Insert heater assembly with element loop positioned upward.
- With heater seated, tighten center screw securely to assure a positive seal.
- Install power cord plug to heater.
- Fill cooling system with coolant to the proper level (Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE - COOLING SYSTEM FILLING ).
