Section 451 (Power Liftgate System): Chime/Thermistor: Installation

Snap the chime/thermistor assembly into the light bar.
Locate the wires going to the chime/thermistor. Install the wires in the connector. Secure with a tie strap. Refer to SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS .
NOTE: Be certain the wires are reinstalled in the correct wire cavities. Failure to do so could result in damage to the thermistor/chime assembly. Refer to CONNECTOR PIN-OUTS if uncertain.
Install the rear light bar assembly on the vehicle. Refer to LIFTGATE .
Connect the negative battery cable.
