Brake Actuator

  1. Remove the reservoir cap.
  2. Install special tool (09992-00242/00350) to the reservoir. See Fig 1.
  3. Connect the vinyl tube to the bleeder plug of the brake actuator. Using special tool (09992-00242/00350), apply a pressure of 14.2 psi (98.1 kpa) to the reservoir.
  4. Loosen the bleeder plug, bleed the air from the brake actuator then tighten the bleeder plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Check the fluid level and fill if necessary.
