Front Heater Unit: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR 
    1. Pry out the packing.
    2. Remove the screw and the bracket.
    3. Remove the screw and the clamp.
    4. Pull out the heater radiator.

  2. REMOVE AIR OUTLET SERVOMOTOR 

    Remove the 3 screws and the air outlet servomotor.

  3. REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR 
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. Remove the 3 screws and the air mix servomotor.
    3. Release the claw and remove the wire harness.

  4. REMOVE AIR DUCT (Foot Duct) 

    Remove the 2 screws and air duct.

  5. REMOVE AIR DUCT (Vent Duct) 
    1. Disconnect the mode damper control link.
    2. Remove the 2 screws and the air duct.
