Height Control Compressor ASSY: Replacement

REMOVE FRONT WHEELS
REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL DRYER ASSY
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Disconnect the air tube (see PRECAUTION ).
3. Remove the 3 bolts, nut and height control compressor assy and height control dryer assy.

4. Remove the bolt and height control dryer assy.
5. Remove the O-ring.

REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR ASSY
1. Remove the 3 bolts, bushing and bracket from height control compressor assy.

INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR ASSY
1. Install the bracket and bushing with 3 bolts to height control compressor assy.
  Torque: 5.9 N.m (60 kgf.cm, 52 in. lbf)
INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL DRYER ASSY
1. Coat the O-ring with MP grease and install it to height control dryer assy.

2. Install the height control dryer assy with a bolt.
  Torque: 6.4 N.m (65 kgf.cm, 56 in. lbf)

3. Install the height control compressor assy and height control dryer assy with 3 bolts and nut.
  Torque: 19 N.m (195 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf)
4. Connect the air tube (see PRECAUTION ).
5. Connect the connector.

INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
INSTALL FRONT WHEELS
Torque: 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf)
INSPECT AIR LEAK (SEE ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
