Steering Pad Switch Modulator: Replacement

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

REMOVE SWITCH & VOLUME CASE
1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the switch & volume case.
REMOVE STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER NO.2 (SEE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SYSTEM )
REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSY (SEE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SYSTEM )

REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the steering pad switch modulator.
INSTALL HORN BUTTON ASSY (SEE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SYSTEM )
INSPECT HORN BUTTON ASSY (SEE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SYSTEM )
SRS WARNING LIGHT (SEE SOURCE VOLTAGE DROP )
